The battle position change effect of (1) can be activated during the opponent's turn, and I think it's excellent because it can be used in many ways, such as interfering with Links, Xyz, and Synchro Summons, interfering with attacks, and assisting in combat.

The effect is simply Book of the Moon. And free chain.
The hand cost is necessary, but if you have a shrine, it's practically no cost. RBI is also 1900, which is very good as a low-level attacker. If he is His Highness, he is the key to Saber who can use the Book of Moon effect while performing GY Fertilization.
